We created these images for a residence located at the foot of the Buttes Chaumont park and just a few steps away from Canal Saint-Martin and the Bassin de la Villette.
The building was designed by P&LS Architecture.
The building’s contemporary architecture fits in seamlessly with the urban fabric of Avenue Mathurin Moreau (in the 19th arrondissement) thanks to its façade with its pure, elegant lines and a focus on generous openings.
Intimate in style, it comprises nine exceptional apartments, including two duplexes with terraces and private gardens.
As a result of its location at the slopes of Butte Chaumont, the building enjoys spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower and the Buttes Chaumont park.
